Greetings from Monmouth University

I directed this documentary to explore what the Bruce Springsteen Archives & Center for American Music means for Monmouth University—and how students connect with a major cultural institution on their own campus. Interviews with Eileen Chapman and President Patrick Leahy are brought together with student perspectives, archival material, construction footage and campus imagery.

The project developed from an Adobe Premiere Pro edit into a revised Final Cut Pro version. Post-production involved shaping the interview-led story and integrating titles, animated lower thirds and sound. The film combines the center’s musical history with questions about student awareness, access and the opportunities the new space could create.
